At Hoshi Clothing, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping bag or a similar protective mailer, ensuring all original labels and tags are intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
